Return Policy

Due to the limited nature of our designs and high demand, we have a "No Return" policy so please choose your sizing wisely.

Sizes are generally true to size, e.g If you usually wear a size Small you should choose S.

Shipment

Shipment of orders may take 7-24 days to arrive at your destination after ship date depending on your destination. e.g. international shipping(14-24 days) vs. national shipping(5-7 days).

Shipping costs may vary depending on your location/quantity.

Exchange/Returns

Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. Unused/unworn shirts can be returned within 7 days of arrival for UK for exchange. Refunds are not available for international customers so please make sure you choose the correct size when ordering. Exchanges are only available for international orders if it is a mistake on our part.

SHIPPING

UK orders are typically delivered within 5-10 business days. International orders are typically delivered within 2-4 weeks, depending upon the destination and customs processing.

Please note that delivery of orders paid via PayPal eCheck will take an additional 4 to 9 business days to allow for the eCheck transfer period.

At this time, we are only accepting orders from residents that live in the U.S.A. and Canada. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, (includes a tracking number). Please be aware that a signature confirmation is required to receive the package. The shipping rate to the contiguous 48 U.S. states is $5.99. The shipping rate to Alaska and Hawaii is $19.99. Orders for Canada are charged a flat rate $25 fee for USPS expedited shipping inclusive of all customs and duties.

PREORDERS: Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks for delivery. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. All shipments are insured and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier. Please check back with us periodically for any updates regarding our shipping policies.

Returns

No returns for refunds or credits, all sales final. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order prior to finalizing your purchase. Higher Limits does accept exchanges for a different size (NOT exchanges for a different color), provided we have your size available in stock and provided that we receive the merchandise from you in the exact condition that it was shipped to you. For any returned item(s) intended for an exchange, you will not be refunded the original cost of shipping, and you are responsible for the cost of the return shipping (please provide $10 along with the item(s) intended to be exchanged). Higher Limits does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit or postal errors. Higher Limits also reserves the right to deny anyone of an exchange assuming the item(s) intended for exchange does not meet our standard of condition that we accept in order to complete the exchange. CANCELLATION AND RETURN

The Buyer may cancel the order for any reason up to the point of dispatch and any payments made by the Buyer shall be refunded in full within 28 days.

The Buyer shall inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify the Seller [describe how the Buyer should contact the seller in the event of faulty or damaged Goods to be returned. This should be in writing or another durable medium e.g. “by writing to the address specified above” or “by email at specify email address or “by fax at fax address] within 7 days if the Goods are damaged or do not comply with any of the Contract. If the Buyer fails to do so the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods.

Where a claim of defect or damage is made, Fashion Goods and Clothing shall be returned by the Buyer to the Seller within 28 days of delivery. The Buyer shall be entitled to a replacement or a full refund (including delivery costs) plus any return postal charges if the Goods are in fact defective.

Where a claim of defect or damage to a bicycle or bicycle part is made the Seller shall, provided it is notified duly by the Buyer be responsible for the recovery of the Goods from the Buyer within 28 days of delivery. Provided the bicycle or bicycle part has not been damaged by the Buyer the Buyer shall be entitled to a replacement or a full refund (including delivery costs) if the Goods are in fact defective.

If you are a consumer you have the right, in addition to your other rights, to cancel the Contract and receive a refund by informing the Seller by writing to the address specified above or by email at specify email address or by fax No within 7 working days of receipt of the Goods. The right to cancel does not apply to contracts for the supply of software, audio or visual recordings if these have been unsealed by the Consumer.

In the event of cancellation, the Seller shall be responsible for the recovery of the Goods from the Buyer and the Seller shall inform the Buyer within 28 days of cancellation of the date when the Seller will collect the Goods. The Buyer will be under a duty to take care of the Goods until they have been recovered. The Buyer will receive a refund of all monies paid for the Goods (including delivery charges, if any).

Goods to be returned must clearly show the order number obtained from the Seller on the package.

Where returned Goods are found to be damaged due to the Buyer’s fault the Buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage.

RECEIVING A REFUND

All correctly returned products will either be credited to the original purchaser's credit card or debit card or Illustrated PeopleLimited account and exclude shipping costs (with the exception of faulty items).

If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through us. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION WHEN RETURNING PRODUCTS – NON-CONSUMERS

All items must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.

Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your RMA number by email.

Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.

Items should be sent in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Shoe boxes must also be protected as they are considered part of the product, and your return will not be accepted if the box is damaged.

We do not accept liability for goods that are not returned via our courier service.

Goods must be returned to us via the original delivery method used.

Items must be returned unused, and with all Illustrated People Limited tags and or bar coding and where applicable, designer garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Where provided, any original designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags must be included with your return.

Please email [email protected] immediately if any of your purchases have been delivered without an Illustrated PeopleLimited tag or bar coding.

LATE RETURNS

Items must be returned within 7 days of the date of your RMA request.

Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at our discretion and may only be refunded as a store credit. Please note that RMA numbers requested after 7 days will also be granted at our discretion.

FAULTY GOODS

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that we can only replace subject to availability.

Returns Policy

Due to our brand being so young, all purchase are final. We are unable to do refunds on your order.

We do accept Size Exchanges or Exchanges for a different item, within 7 Days of Arrival, providing your item is still in stock.

All items sent back must be in Perfect Condition and in the Original Packaging. All items will be closely inspected on arrival back. Exchanges Will Not be given for; Clearly Worn Items, Washed items, Marks & Holes. If so, your exchange will be refused and sent back to you.

Please Contact us to make sure your item is still in stock and to get our Exchanges Form at [email protected].

Postage back to us is on the buyers part. It is free to have the exchanged item sent back to you. We recommend you send the parcel with a tracking number, so it does not get lost.

All orders are sent within 48 hours of purchase. Delivery usually takes between 2 - 4 working days. International orders may take up to 2 weeks.

Racks & Rookies

Shipping Information

Racks & Rookies shipped exclusively with our logistics partners DHL & German Post. The goods are usually ready for dispatch on the day of ordering and delivered upon successful receipt of payment to our logistics partner.

Delivery Times

Except as provided in the item description of any other period is specified, delivery within 2-3 working days after the contract is concluded (with payment only after receipt of the full purchase price and shipping costs)

Returns

The buyer can send back the product within 14 days upon the receipt of the product (All orders, international and local). The buyer must pay for the shipping fee to return the product, and if the product received by Racks & Rookies are in perfect condition (sellable again), then a complete refund will be made to the buyer.

Revel Nation Clothing

Revel Nation Clothing cannot accept requests for returns or exchanges for any items that have been altered in any way. This includes items that you have damaged, washed, dried, worn, or otherwise altered the original condition in which it was sold.

Revel Nation Clothing cannot process returns or exchanges thirty (30) days after the date your order was sent for delivery. No exceptions.

Sale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. No exceptions.

How To Submit Your Returns & Exchanges

Your return will be processed within 3 business days. Your bank may have an additional processing time before money is credited to your account.

All exchanges will be reviewed and shipped within 3 business days. Please allow an additional 3-5 days for transit time.

You will receive a notification via email when your order has been processed.

Include a copy of the packing slip or confirmation email from your order and note the new size or item desired.

Domestic:

Correctly shipped goods can only usable in the original packaging (film), will be redeemed within 14 days. Reason for a return is merely the Misfits the size. Unfortunately returns because you do not like can not be accepted. Postage costs for returns are shared by sapperlot clothing and their customers.

Abroad:

Orders / deliveries from abroad unfortunately can not be returned or exchanged.

Return Policy

Please contact Underground Outfits before returning any items.

It is appropriate that the consumer controls the delivery to verify that this is accurate and error free. At the complaint, the customer contacts Three Skulls and gives information relevant and the reason for complaint.


Return Conditions

You can return the product within 30 days of delivery. The product must be in new condition. If the product is ruined or used the product shall not be refunded. Make sure to include contact information with the return and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number. We suggest you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed.

A refund will be made for eligible returns. If you paid by invoice, we will need a bank account number to transfer the money back to. The easiest way is to e-mail it to us along with a brief description of your case.


Returning A Package

If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any Customs charges. We are NOT responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.


Want to switch to another size of the same product?

E-mail us, provide your customer information, and tell us you will send back the product and the size you wish to receive in exchange.


Transport Damage

If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us.


Unclaimed Packages

For packages that are not cashed at your post office within 14 days, we reserve the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies' administrative costs.

How long will it take for delivery?

Depending on your address and selected freight service, your order will take approximately 8-12 business days to arrive worldwide.

For all domestic orders, please allow 3-6 days for delivery.

Please note delivery times are subject to location and chosen shipping method.

Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns within 15 days of your order purchase date. when you return your order the item must be sent back in a resaleable condition (tags attached, unwashed and unworn). your reason for returning the good must be clearly explained on the returns form, which is included in your delivery.

Please allow 2 weeks from the time you mail your order for your return or exchange to be processed. we will notify you via email once your return has been processed.

General Returns & Exchanges Info

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days from arrival date to buyer. Items returned for money back or exchanged for store credit must be in brand new condition with tags still on or have a manufacturer defect or a wrongfully shipped item.

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Items missing tags, worn or used items, dropped and damaged items, broken items...you get the idea! If your item is not eligible for return or exchange, please feel free to take advantage of our amazing Recycle Program where you can get your next pair at 40% off!

RETURNS

You are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless of course, the item is not eligible for returns as described above. In addition, the original ship cost will not be refunded.

Bought some Woodzees and they didn't work for you? We're happy to exchange them for you. You pay to send them our way and we'll cover the shipping cost to send the exchange item back to you.
